A superb and tiny L’epee carriage clock/timepiece with original box , housing , outer box and small booklet with Silver key and unused polishing cloth. The size is difficult to get across in the pictures online but please come and visit us to see it in ‘real life’! Runs for a week on a wind, the outer box is made of wood then French polished black – ebony and signed L’epee. The small booklet explains the history of L’epee and how to use the clock.  Height 6.8cms

Sold fully overhauled and with a 24 Month Guarantee.]]> A fine miniature carriage timepiece made and retailed by Asprey of London. The case is solid silver and in near perfect condition, with a gilt interior and an angular ‘deco’ style handle. Hallmarked for Charles & George Asprey for 1901. Sitting on silver bun feet, it stands 9cm high with the handle extended. The dial is in good condition with neat, wide Roman numerals and is signed Asprey, London. Adjusted and wound from the rear. Running for a week on a full wind.
